(1) Government of Nepal shall constitute an Evaluation and Monitoring Committee, as per necessity, for the evaluation and monitoring of irrigation system on the basis of service provided by irrigation system, quality of water, crop intensity, increase of production, institutional and financial status of the Users’ Association and physical changes in the working area.
(2) The representation of irrigation Users’ Association shall be introduced along with other person while constituting Evaluation and Monitoring Committee pursuant to Sub rule (1).
